Hazard and rick assesments:

  • Producer: Beth Marley
  • Location: Studio
  • Date: 08/02/2012
  • Hazards which apply to this location and what harm would they cause: Cables- could trip or electricute ourselves, confined space- could be an issue for clostrebphobia, makeup- could exemplify an alergy, electricity- could cause a fire or electricute ourselves, lighting- could set a fire, slipping/tripping - could become unconcious or injure ourselves.
  • Whats the likely hood of this happening: As long as both me and the subject being photographed follow safety rules and regulations then there is an unlikely chance of any harm coming to either of us.
  • How will it be managed: If we were to come across a harmful sitation we would alarm a ember of staff.
